Human Soluble protein-100B,S-100B ELISA Kit

Product Details

Description
The product CSB-E08065h is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA kit for quantitatively analyzing the presence of the Soluble protein-100B (S-100B) in different biological samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). This S100B ELISA kit specifically recognizes the human S-100B in the sample. It adopts the Sandwich ELISA technique in conjunction with antibody-antigen specific binding and an enzyme colorimetric reaction to indicate the presence of human S-100B and quantitatively measure the concentration of S-100B in the samples. This kit has been quality controlled in many performances, including sensitivity, specificity, recovery, precision, linearity, and lot-to-lot consistency. S100B is a cytosolic calcium-binding protein concentrated mainly in the glial cells of the central nervous system (CNS). It is primarily released from the astroglial cells into blood and urine after the brain undergoing hypoxic-ischemic damage. Serum S100B concent...Read more

Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.

Linearity
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human S-100B in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
