Description

The Mouse Albumin (Alb) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to standardize the detection of mouse Alb in multiple biological solutions, including serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit employs the direct Competitive-ELISA mechanism to quantitatively measure the concentration of Alb. The Anti-mouse Alb antibody has been pre-coated on the microtiter plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with biotin-conjugated Alb. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between Alb (standards or samples) and biotin-conjugated Alb with the pre-coated Alb antibody. After washing, HRP-avidin is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, the TMB substrate solution is added to the wells. HRP-TMB interaction elicits a chromogenic reaction.
