Description
The rat caspase 3 (CASP3) ELISA kit is suitable for quantitative measurement of the level of CASP3 protein in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. It provides a detection range of 0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL. It has a high sensitivity, as low as 0.078 ng/mL. Besides, this kit also possesses high precision, good linearity, excellent specificity, and high recovery. This assay is based on the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Standards and samples are respectively added to the wells of the micro ELISA plate pre-coated with the CASP3 antibody. A biotin-conjugated CASP3 antibody is added to the wells, forming the sandwich-like complex CASP3 antibody/CASP3/biotin-conjugated CASP3. HRP-avidin is then added into the wells. Materials provided
  • A micro ELISA plate ---The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-Rat CASP3 antibody.
  • Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.
  • One vial Biotin-labeled CASP3 antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.
  • One vial HRP-avidin (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Bind to the detection antibody and react with the TMB substrate to make the solution chromogenic.
  • One vial Biotin-antibody Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the Biotin-antibody.
  • One vial HRP-avidin Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the HRP-avidin solution.

  • A microplate reader capable of measuring absorbance at 450 nm, with the correction wavelength set at 540 nm or 570 nm.
