| Description |
The sensitive quantitative measurement of total rat tr-iodothyronine (T3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, or tissue homogenates is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique, in which T3 in the standards or the samples competes with biotin-conjugated T3 for binding to the pre-coated T3 antibody. And the color elicited by HRP-TMB chromogenic reaction develops in opposite to the amount of T3 in the sample. The color development is stopped upon the addition of the stop solution and the intensity of the color is measured by a microplate reader at 450 nm. This Human T3 ELISA Kit has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for the detection of T3. And it also has been validated with precision low than 15%, good linearity, high recovery, and lot-to-lot consistency. Refer to the product instructions for more details. T3 is a thyroid hormone that almost affects all physiological proces...Read more
