The recombinant Conus vexillum alpha-conotoxin VxXXC is expressed in E.coli. Its expression region is the full-length amino acid sequence (1-47AA) of the Conus vexillum. It is fused with 10xHis-SUMO-tag at the N terminus and Myc-tag at the C-terminus. Its purity is greater than 85?termined by the SDS-PAGE. On the gel, this recombinant protein migrated to the molecular weight band of approximately 25 kDa. It is available now. |
